The starting point for each class will be breath work and in particular engaging the correct breathing muscles and doing it on both sides of the body as we all tend to be compressed on the right side . Making that side over worked and the left side un stable.     Breathing can be taken for granted; however, dysfunctional breathing can lead to, or be the result of, dysfunction of the kinetic chain.  This means over time we can start to see issues come up with pain that cannot be solved by stretching.     I have also woven into your class strength moves to help you get back on track with muscle and bone preservation\/building,     Keep up your steps always !!!!
