Understanding Menopause
Menopause is a natural biological process marking the end of a woman’s menstrual cycles, typically occurring between ages 45 and 55. It is diagnosed after 12 months without a period. The transition phase, known as perimenopause, can bring physical and emotional changes due to fluctuating hormone levels.
