  • 1. Personal Onboarding

    Join a call with Nel to gather all the information we need to start creating your personal plan. We will discuss your specific goals, your current situation and your personal lifestyle.

  • 2. Group Coaching

    Each week you are encouraged to join your group coaching session on zoom. Each zoom will last approximately 60 mins and is a 2 way experience. Topics covered: mindset, nutrition, menopause and more.

  • 3. Training

    You have access to the entire training plan at STRONG FOR LIFE, plus: 2 x extra powerhouse sessions upper & lower body day 45 mins each with guidance on how to 10x your results.

  • 4. Weekly Check-In

    Your weekly 15 minute check-in with Nel on WhatsApp video is to update your credentials, discuss your progress & any help with form, nutrition, mindset or personal barriers to success.

  • 5. Personal Reach-Out

    You are never alone. Nel is in your pocket 5 days a week from 9-5pm. If you have a problem or a question you can reach out via WhatsApp and support is at hand.
